When you choose our Simple Probate Service, we will assist you to obtain the necessary grant needed to fulfil the Probate requirements. You will be in full control of process once the Probate is obtained, and you will not need to go to Court.

In order to provide this service, we need:

• The death certificate;
• A copy of the Will (if there is one); and
• Details of any assets and debts connected to the estate.

Once we have these three things, we can begin the application process. We will also complete the Inheritance Tax return for you and calculate any payable tax. When the process is complete, we will send the grant to you so that you can deal with the rest of the estate as you wish.
